Affordable Health and Dental plans
Roehl picks up most of the cost for you and your family. You get top coverage for a lot less. If you join Roehl as a trainee, your coverage will begin the first day of the month, following 90 days of active employment. Coverage for experienced tractor-trailer drivers begins on the first day of the month following 30 days of active employment.
Life Insurance
- $10,000 basic life
- $10,000 accidental death and disability coverage is provided free for full-time employees
- Option to purchase additional insurance for spouse and/or children at a preferred rate
Flex Plan
Roehl’s Flex Plan gives you the option of pre-tax payroll deductions to pay for qualifying medical expenses not reimbursed by insurance or for child/dependent care expenses.
- Flex Plan allows you to save substantially on tax dollars and increase your take home pay
- Full-time employees who meet eligibility requirements can enroll in the month following their date of hire
Disability Insurance
Our disability insurance plan provides weekly financial protection if you are wholly and continuously disabled and prevented from performing any and all of your duties due to an accident or illness unrelated to your occupation. The plan is divided into short-term and long-term coverage. The premium you pay for this plan is a percentage of your gross pay and is made through payroll deduction with pre-tax dollars. We are one of the few trucking companies to make this critical benefit available to our drivers.
