Future Earnings With Roehl

Take Home More

We’re continually working on ways to give our drivers more. More time-at-home, more fleet options and more opportunities. It’s why we’re known as "The Take Home More. Be Home More Carrier.™"

Roehl Transport is the first carrier to offer its drivers a total pay package - the Roehl Five Star Pay.™ It combines a top mileage base with four other income-boosting features.

Mileage Pay*

Our rates are among the best in the industry. And we make sure they remain the highest with regular reviews and periodic adjustments. We also work hard to keep drivers moving to turn that mileage into top income. Roehl fleets average 2,300 to 2,600 miles a week.

Strong mileage rates and top miles are only part of the equation. Unlike most companies, Roehl pays drivers for non-paying jobs such as tarping for flatbed drivers and intermediate pickups and drops.

*Mileage pay only applies after completion of your apprenticeship.

Practical Route Miles Pay

Across the industry, the actual miles you drive from pickup to delivery aren’t the same as the miles you’re paid. That’s because the standard practice is to pay drivers based on "short route," otherwise known as HHG miles.

Roehl sees where this can be unfair to drivers, so we operate differently. We are one of the first to pay our drivers practical route miles. We appreciate your judgement and the extra care you take to ensure safe and timely pickup and delivery. That’s why we pay you according to what the industry calls "practical miles." And that alone can add thousands of dollars to your annual income.

Achievable Bonuses

We make our bonuses real and achievable. Most Roehl drivers can confidently count on receiving quarterly safety and performance bonuses which can add up to $2,000 a year.

Profit Sharing

Our drivers are more than just drivers. They’re our teammates in success. That’s why we have one of the most generous profit sharing plans in the industry - averaging $2,000 per driver for the last couple of years.
